Pictorial report on silk business in Iran’s Mazandaran

In Mazandaran, next to all the greenery you can grasp views of people growing silkworm (Domestic Silk Moth).

The locals here are busy farming animals and growing various types of vegetables and fruits, but it does not stop them from having a side business of growing silkworms.

This side activity that will help families’ finances will come into fruition when these little moths make great quality cocoons that will later go through changes to turn into amazing silk fabrics.
